Livro escrito por condutoras

Becky Featherstone, a condutora do grupo Com Amor, está escrevendo o capítulo de um livro que será publicado pelo National Institute of Conductive Education, em Birmingham, sobre o trabalho de condutores. O livro será escrito por vários condutores sobre seus trabalhos com Educação Condutiva.

Tive acesso ao rascunho do capítulo e copio aqui apenas a introdução, infelizmente o artigo completo poderá ser publicado apenas após a edição do livro na Inglaterra, previsto para setembro deste ano.

Na minha opinião as palavras da condutora inglesa são uma declaração de amor: a educação condutiva em si, ao Brasil e especialmente ao projeto Com Amor. Me emocionei ao ler as palavras dela, que pareciam ser verdadeiramente minhas. Com orgulho, segue o draft:

Introduction

From Brazil to Birmingham … and back (Featherstone, 2007) followed the story of the family behind the project Com Amor, as they spent a year in England at the National Institute of Conductive Education. At that time Com Amor was just a dream that they were trying to make reality. This is the next chapter in the story, the first year of Com Amor, the developments, successes and difficulties. As the sole conductor working for this project I am pleased to be able to write about a project that is very close to my heart.

Starting any new Conductive Education project is challenging, but start a project in a country where Conductive Education is virtually unknown and the challenges increase. Challenges aside, the important thing is getting started.
